I recently bought an illuminated collar for my dog. I live in Brighton so had made the trip to Steyning. Unfortunately there were none in stock the day I visited. Ella the retail assistant was wonderfully helpful managing to get me one and posting it on. She even phoned to let me know the delivery would be a day late.Wonderful service
The owner (and her mother) are lovely, and very helpful. They're so good with fitting our crazy dog with a new harness (she won't sit still).The choice of dog treats and toys are brilliant. Just a really great shop, with exceptional customer service.
