Copy of email sent to Ali : I am an O.A.P. and have just had my hair cut today (2nd March 2018) by the lady in your Steyning shop where I'm usually charged 8.50 for my hair cut but I always pay 10 giving 1.50 as a tip.The sign in the window states 8.50 for a O.A.P. haircut and your web site states 9.00. So before I post a review would you please explain why I was charged 12 today. The lady apologised and said the boss would be bringing in new signs showing O.A.P. haircuts are now 12 on Fridays and Saturdays. There has been no warning of this change and I feel that the implementation was a bit premature.Email received back :HiThank you very much for your email and i m sorry for convenience .I just want to let you know I do not own Steying shop any more Please spoke to them this issue in the shop but I will take off the steying branch from my website Many thanks Ali
Brilliant, the lady who cut my hair was fantastically sociable, friendly and warm. I came in needing a fix on a dodgy cut I'd just had elsewhere and she straight away diagnosed the issue and had fixed it within 10 mins. These folk know how to cut hair, will definitely be back!
Great service at Al Baddar Steyning, was very impressed with the stylist, he was thorough, great attention to detail and very informative. Never knew there was so much to know about hair. Would definitely recommend and will be back regularly.
